What we store. Invoice metadata you register (numbers, amounts, due dates, client names), the contact details you provide for chasing, delegation records, gate decisions, and the provider receipts for every send.

What we deliberately do not hoard. The ledger stores fingerprints (hashes) of message content, not your correspondence. Email goes out over your own mailbox and WhatsApp over your own number, so the conversations live in your systems, not ours.

Recipients can opt out. A stop request permanently suppresses that channel for that contact, and the suppression is recorded.

Your data is exportable. Your complete history exports in one call and verifies offline. The audit trail outlives the contract.
