The service. Zanii Due follows up on overdue invoices you register, over the channels and within the limits you delegate. It acts only under a live, scoped delegation signed by you, and it stops when that delegation lapses.

Your responsibilities. You confirm the invoices you register are genuine, the amounts are owed, and you have the right to contact the recipients on the channels you provide.

Status words mean what they say. “Sent” is only recorded with a provider receipt; “paid” only with a payment reference. Anything less is reported as attempted or unverified, and we will not dress that up.

No collections, no legal action. Zanii Due sends professional reminders. It is not a debt collection agency and does not provide legal services.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
